Create your account

1. Navigate to https://mybenefitsconnect.opencirclebenefits.ca.

2. Select Sign up.

3. Select Through an employer or organization, then select Continue.

4. Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

5. Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

6. On the Insurance Details screen, complete the following:

   1. In the Company Identifier field, enter HB for Hour Bank or OS for Office Supervisory.

   2. In the Certificate Number field, enter your employee ID.

   3. In the Birth Date field, enter your birth date, then select Continue.

7. Enter your personal details and then select Continue.

8. On the Password Creation page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

9. Select Sign In.
