Before You Begin: You should only choose Through a family member if you are a dependent (e.g. partner, spouse, child) of a person with a Plan Member ID.

Navigate to https://mybenefitsconnect.opencirclebenefits.ca

Select Sign up.

Select Through a family member, then select Continue.

Enter the email address that you want to use for your account and select Continue.

Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

On the ID Type page, select I have a Member ID. Then enter your family member's Member ID and their Last Name. Select Continue. You can find the Plan Member ID on your family member's MyBenefitsConnect card.

On the Personal Details page, enter your Name and your Date of Birth and select Continue.

On the Contact Details page, enter your Address information, then select Continue.

On the Password Creation page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

Select Sign In.
